COURSE MODULES

Module 1: The Foundation of Recovery: Buddhist Principles, Powerlessness, and the Truth of Suffering

Establish a deep understanding of how Buddhist wisdom illuminates the roots of addiction and the nature of suffering.

Through guided meditation practices, you'll learn to observe suffering with new clarity, while somatic movement helps you reconnect with your body's inherent wisdom.

Expressive arts offer a powerful way to explore and map your personal relationship with powerlessness, creating a foundation for genuine transformation.

Module 2: Craving, Attachment, and Connection to a Higher Power

Learn to understand and work with the fundamental dynamics of craving and attachment through the lens of both Buddhism and recovery principles.

You'll explore your relationship with a higher power through gentle meditation practices, use somatic movement to process and release attachments stored in the body, and engage in creative exercises that help you visualize and strengthen your connection to something greater than yourself.

Module 3: Self-Compassion, Forgiveness, and Letting Go

Cultivate the essential practices of self-compassion and forgiveness as central tools for healing.

Through guided meditation, you'll develop genuine self-compassion, while somatic movements help release shame and old patterns held in the body.

Expressive arts provide a safe container for the deep work of self-examination and forgiveness, supporting you in letting go of what no longer

Module 4: Integration, Resilience, and Mindfulness in Daily Life

Build lasting resilience and learn to integrate these transformative practices into your daily life.

Through meditation, you'll develop practical mindfulness tools for navigating challenges, while somatic practices help you embody inner strength and stability.

Creative exercises support you in celebrating your journey and discovering how service to others can become a powerful source of ongoing healing and growth.
