Theatre of Secrets is a three-day rite of release and rebirth, a retreat for those ready to bring their hidden stories into the light and make art out of what once felt unspeakable.

This is not therapy.

This is not performance for applause.

This is ritual theatre.

The Descent

Our secrets have chemistry. They live in the body, tightening the throat, dimming the eyes, locking the breath.

We can’t think our way out of them.

In this retreat, we turn toward the places that have been hidden.


Through story, embodiment, and symbolic play, we bring the unconscious into motion.

What was once heavy becomes fluid.

What was once shamed becomes empowered.

Here, confession isn’t humiliation; it’s liberation.

It’s the courage to say, “This too is me,” and feel the relief that follows.
