The Truth About Weekly Practice
Consistency is a boundary against chaos. By showing up every Sunday, you are refusing to let life harden you. You are training your capacity to stay awake, alive, and unshakeable while everything else is in flux.
Somatic Activated Healing is a trauma-informed movement method for clearing emotional residue out of the body and helping people experience real freedom in motion. From the outside, it looks like a rave. Underneath, it's precise and evidence-based.
Each session moves through a proprietary rhythm of five components:
• Body Keys are breath-and-movement postures that loosen the places where old, stuck emotion is still being held — without you having to name it, think about it, or direct it.
• Dynamic Meditation is how you learn to stay with yourself unconditionally once the body is open.
By bringing precise attention to raw sensation without the story wrapped around it, what was unbearable becomes witnessable. And what you can witness without judgment no longer has power over your body.
• Somatic Movement is where the body takes over. The protective layer — the "I'm fine, everything's okay" veneer that keeps real processing from happening — breaks open first, allowing movement to become unscripted.
The felt sense leads, the past starts to leave, and emotion and memory begin to disentangle.
• Positive Affirmations land in the gap that's opened up — things you wish the world would tell you, said at exactly the moment you can actually hear them.
• Trance Dance is where identity falls away until there is no story, no performance—just movement itself.
Practitioners describe what comes through as clarity, wholeness, and finally touching the part of themselves that nothing could reach.
